Job summary

WTS Recruitment in Australia seeks an on-site Pharmacist to join a community-based pharmacy with an excellent work-life balance. You will work as the sole pharmacist, managing the dispensary, front of shop, patient care, and daily operations.

The role requires a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent, current AHPRA registration, and a passion for delivering exemplary patient care and forward dispensing. Experience in Medication Management Review is required.

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community.
• Passion for delivering exemplary patient care and forward dispensing.

• Full Scope of Practice.
• Business development and pharmacy management.
• Trading hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Hourly rate weekdays: $55 - $60 – Negotiable according to experience

Minimal services currently – With no clinic room at present, services are kept simple and manageable

Opportunity to expand – As the store continues to grow, there’s potential to add more staff and introduce services aligned with your interests and community needs

Trading hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

To Be Successful In This Role:
