Job summary

Sigma Healthcare, trading as Chemist Warehouse, Blacktown NSW, is hiring a Pharmacist in a full-time capacity. You will dispense prescriptions, manage the store and dispensary operations, and provide patient care with high professional standards.

You will supervise interns and dispensary staff, contribute to business growth, and help maintain compliance with AHPRA while delivering exceptional service to local communities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration.
• Experience dispensing medications in a community pharmacy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Commercially astute with attention to detail.
• Collaborative leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions using MyScripts.
• Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
• Professional patient counselling and complete patient care solutions.
• Supervision of Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants.
• Support and develop new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.
