Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Group is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our Castle Towers store, helping customers, stocking shelves and processing purchases at the POS in a fast-paced environment. We offer flexible hours (part-time, full-time or casual), ongoing training, staff discounts, recognition and an Employee Assistance Program to support your wellbeing and career growth.

Experience with stock replenishment and display setup is welcomed.

Qualifications

• S2 & S3 trained and Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers with queries, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly.
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels.
• Serve customers and process purchases through POS system.
• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions.
