Job summary

Star Chemist Chelsea is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist In Charge to lead a busy community pharmacy team in Melbourne's inner southeast. This Full Time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining high standards, and growing your professional skills within a supportive network.

You will dispense medications, provide expert consultations, run vaccination programs and health checks, mentor staff, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to strengthen community health

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy and current AHPRA registration.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Vaccination accreditation, with current First Aid and CPR (Must Have).

Responsibilities

• Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
• Providing professional consultations and healthcare advice
• Delivering services such as vaccinations, medication reviews, and health checks
• Working collaboratively with the pharmacy team and other healthcare professionals
• Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists, technicians, and retail staff.

You're a motivated and customer-focused Pharmacist who is committed to community care. You'll bring:

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-focused approach
• Must have availability to work weekends on rotation
• Must be able to work as a sole Pharmacist or Pharmacist In Charge
