Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Pharmacist Grade 1/2 at Canterbury Hospital to deliver quality pharmaceutical services to both inpatients and outpatients. You will rotate between clinical duties and service areas, providing education and medicines information while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
Registration with AHPRA is required or eligible for immediate registration; Grade 2 must demonstrate key competencies per the Award.

The Grade 1/2 Pharmacist is responsible for the provision of quality pharmaceutical services to inpatients and outpatients. Grade 1 and 2, rotate between the clinical & service area rosters. On clinical duties they provide pharmaceutical care to inpatients and in the service areas they provide pharmacy support to the dispensaries and production. Pharmacists, Grade 1 and 2, provide education and medicines information services to patients and other health care professionals and participate as active members of multi-disciplined teams.
