Job summary

Chemist Warehouse in Ballarat, Victoria is inviting a motivated Pharmacist to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will provide complete patient care, counsel patients, and ensure accurate dispensing using MyScripts in a high-volume retail environment.

We offer ongoing training, strong team support, and attractive staff discounts across all our brands. AHPRA registration is mandatory, and you will contribute to delivering exceptional service across Australia’s largest retail pharmacy

Qualifications

• Pharmacist registered with AHPRA and able to practice in Australia.
• Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy is advantageous.
• Ability to provide patient counseling and dispense prescriptions.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to undergo National Criminal History Check.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of store, dispensary and team operations
• Professional patient counselling and provide complete patient care solutions
• Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts
• Supervise Intern, Student Pharmacists and dispensary Assistants
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing
• Support and grow new business strategies
