Chemist Warehouse Southbank VIC is hiring a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced team. The role supports customers, stocks shelves, and processes transactions at the POS, with flexible hours including part-time, full-time and casual rosters.

You'll work across our store network, providing friendly service and accurate product knowledge, while staying organized and collaborating with the team. Training and staff perks are available, including discounts, EAP, and celebrations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers with queries, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly.
• Serve customers and process purchases through our POS system.
