Job summary

Boots in Perth, Australia, seeks a licensed pharmacist to deliver NHS and private services using in-store and digital tools. You will lead patient safety standards, monitor care quality, and work with the Store Manager to develop the healthcare team's capability.

You will mentor colleagues, grow talent reflecting local communities, and represent Boots with healthcare professionals and the community at large.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others.
