Bayside Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join its hospital pharmacy team in Frankston. The role provides exposure across acute, sub-acute, mental health and community health services, with emphasis on optimal medicine management and evidence-based prescribing.
The position is a permanent full-time role (80 hours per fortnight) located at Peninsula University Hospital, Frankston, with access to education, professional development and a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Join Bayside Health's Pharmacy team and play an important role in delivering safe, effective and patient-centred care across acute, sub-acute, mental health and community health services. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work closely with senior pharmacists, clinical educators and multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication management, support best-practice prescribing, and provide expert medicines advice to patients and clinicians. This rotational role offers exposure to a diverse range of clinical areas, along with opportunities to contribute to education, service improvement, research and the development of future pharmacy professionals within a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.
