Join Bayside Health's Pharmacy team and play an important role in delivering safe, effective and patient-centred care across acute, sub-acute, mental health and community health services. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work closely with senior pharmacists, clinical educators and multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication management, support best-practice prescribing, and provide expert medicines advice to patients and clinicians. This rotational role offers exposure to a diverse range of clinical areas, along with opportunities to contribute to education, service improvement, research and the development of future pharmacy professionals within a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.
