Job summary

Alexandra Community Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist to deliver patient-centred care, mentor support staff and drive clinical services in the local community. You will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain high standards of care.

Responsibilities include dispensing, counseling, and delivering Immunizations, MedsChecks and Webster packing, while ensuring QCPP compliance.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist registration with AHPRA is required.
• Immunization provider certification is highly desirable or willing to obtain.
• Strong communication and leadership within a team.

Deliver key clinical services including Immunizations, Webster packing, and MedsChecks

Ensure strict adherence to QCPP compliance and quality frameworks

Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy assistants and dispensary technicians

About you

Hold a current, unrestricted General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA

Immunization provider certification (highly desirable or willing to obtain)

Strong communication skills with a passion for building lasting community relationships

A proactive attitude towards clinical services and continuous improvement

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
