Job summary

Vitex Pharmaceuticals in Sydney (Eastern Creek) is seeking a Machinery Operator to organise, set up and operate our state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced production environment. The role offers overtime hours and a casual-to-permanent path for the right candidate.

You will perform routine maintenance, monitor quality, document batch records, and collaborate with the team to meet production targets while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Organise and prepare machinery for operation according to production schedules
• Set up machinery by adjusting settings and loading materials
• Operate machinery to manufacture pharmaceutical products with precision and efficiency
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and consistency
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment
• Completing of batch documentation and in process quality checks
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
