Job summary

Goodpeople HR is seeking a Formulator / Compounder / Mixer / Batch Maker for a permanent, full-time role in a GMP pharmaceutical facility in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs (near Clayton). You will formulate and blend products such as lotions, creams and hand sanitiser, following exact recipes, with data entry and QA checks to comply with pharmaceutical quality standards.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GMP/HACCP familiarity and experience.
• Physically fit to lift 25 kg and handle heavy materials.
• Forklift licence and dispensary experience advantageous.
• PR or AU/NZ citizenship required; permanent residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plant and equipment per GMP and SOPs with required data entry.
• Carry out formulation as per Job Sheet and recipes.
• Follow safety directions and maintain equipment in safe working order.
• Ensure plant/equipment calibration and maintenance dates are current.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure raw materials are QC approved.
• Handle and return raw materials properly to stores.
• Capably lift 25 kg as required.
• Possess experience with GMP/ASEPTIC sterile manufacturing as advantageous.
