Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Process Worker / Compounding Assistant in Canning Vale, WA, for a permanent, full-time role. You will support efficient production of compounded products with full training provided; no prior pharma experience required. Site hours are 07:00–18:00 with multiple shifts, and you’ll work within a GMP-driven, safety-focused team.

You will handle materials, labeling, packing, and documentation per SOPs, emphasizing accuracy, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or warehousing.
• Basic mathematics understanding.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to use computer systems.
• Team-oriented with fast-paced collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing raw materials
• Labelling, inspection and sealing of compounded products
• Packing finished units for each order including final inspection of products
• Labelling and dispatching of prepared products
• Maintaining and housekeeping of work area consumables
• Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with GMP
• Adhering to Baxter’s Standard Operating Procedures
• Other duties as required
