Job summary

Good People HR in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Compounder / Formulator / Blender for a GMP facility in the pharmaceutical industry. You will formulate products such as lotions, creams and hand sanitiser and assist with batch making across day, afternoon and night shifts.

The role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, good communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 20–25 kg. Prior GMP/HACCP experience is preferred and own transport is advised.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be reliable with a strong work ethic and able to perform in a fast-paced GMP environment.
• Experience with GMP or HACCP and heavy lifting (25 kg) is required or advantageous.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plant and equipment according to GMP and SOPs for formulation batches.
• Carry out product formulation as per the Job Sheet.
• Follow safety directions and job sheet instructions.
• Ensure equipment is safe, calibrated, and in good working order.
• Perform routine maintenance where required.
• Verify raw materials are QC approved before use.
• Return unused materials properly to store per procedure.
• Must be able to lift 20–25 kg regularly.
