Job summary

Lyka Wellness Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Rep to represent our fast-growing pet wellness brand across Sydney. You’ll engage pet parents at kiosk stands, expos, and community events, sharing Lyka’s story and converting conversations into subscriptions.

The role rewards high-energy, face-to-face selling with an hourly base and uncapped commission. You’ll travel to activations around greater Sydney, deliver compelling pitches, and drive daily sales targets while upholding Lyka’s values.

Qualifications

• Previous high volume, face-to-face sales experience is highly regarded.
• Outgoing communicator who can start conversations with strangers.
• Resilient and motivated by clear numbers and targets.
• Willingness to travel to retail and event activations across greater Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Lyka at retail sites and events, engaging customers directly.
• Deliver a compelling pitch on Lyka's product and sign customers up on the spot.
• Hit daily/weekly sales targets.
• Represent Lyka's brand and values in every customer interaction.
• Set up and pack down your site/stand each shift.
