Job summary

Petstock Parafield is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service for pets and their owners. You will contribute to a supportive in-store culture, while maintaining store standards and helping customers choose the best products for their beloved pets.

Qualifications

• A passion for animals and providing the best customer service.
• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team.
• Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs.
• Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with memorable interactions.
• Educate customers on pet care and products.
• Complete sales transactions and reach store sales goals.
• Maintain high store presentation and stock display.
• Keep knowledge up to date on pet care, products and services.
