Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar retail property role.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration and arrears management.
• Ability to deliver owner reporting and financial summaries.
• Proven relationship management with retailers and stakeholders.
• WA Real Estate licence or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration, arrears and outgoings reconciliation across the portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver accurate owner reporting and financial summaries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and respond to queries.
• Lead renewals, licence agreements and short-form leasing transactions.
• Collaborate with Centre Manager and FM team on centre-level strategy and performance.
