Job summary

Snowflake is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive in Perth to partner with the Global Account Manager on one of Australia’s most strategically important mining and resources accounts. You will own the Perth stakeholder relationships, run your own pipeline, and close deals end-to-end in a quota-carrying role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct SaaS/enterprise technology sales experience.
• Ability to run full-cycle enterprise deals from prospecting through close.
• Experience selling to senior business and technology stakeholders (Director/VP).
• Working knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar methodology in complex environments.
• Familiarity with solution-based selling in data, analytics, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or applications platforms.
• Strong commercial instincts: connect customer problems to business value and close plan.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach and team-oriented execution.
• Perth-based location is a hard requirement for the role.

Responsibilities

• Own the Perth stakeholder relationships at a major mining and resources account, building trust and pipeline across technology and data teams from Director level down.
• Execute full-cycle deals, from prospecting and discovery through business case, procurement, and close.
• Partner with the Global Account Manager on account strategy and contribute field intelligence, customer feedback, and deal insight.
• Build and manage pipeline with rigour: prospecting, partner engagement, accurate forecasting, and tight CRM hygiene.
• Run structured deal cycles using MEDDPICC, including discovery, business case development, and procurement navigation.
• Work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, SDRs, and Professional Services to deliver outcomes.
• Translate Snowflake's Data Cloud and AI capabilities into business outcomes that connect to customer's real challenges and measurable value.
