Job summary

Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd, Perth, is seeking a Casual Educator to support our Busy Bees centres. You will help deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for children, under the EYLF, while ensuring safety and inclusion.

The role offers flexible casual shifts across 6:30am–6:30pm, with emphasis on child safety, teamwork and ongoing professional development. Relevant qualifications and WA WWCC are preferred, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for WA.
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Maintain high standards aligned with the NQS.
