Job summary

Busy Bees Australia is seeking a Casual Educator in Byford to join our Western Australia early learning team. You’ll support play-based learning aligned with EYLF, help create a safe, welcoming environment, and build strong relationships with children and families.

Flexibility across shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm and a commitment to child safety are essential. Ideal candidates hold Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), plus current First Aid, CPR,

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVP) - Working with Children Check for WA
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
