Job summary

BHP Group in Perth (Kwinana) seeks a Security & Emergency Management Supervisor to lead emergency response, security and medical readiness across Southern Operations. You will travel to Kalgoorlie, Kambalda and West Musgrave, developing teams and coordinating with Emergency Services Officers and HSS leaders.

The role focuses on capability development, governance and stakeholder engagement, promoting safe workplaces and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive emergency management and/or medical discipline experience.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams in high-risk environments.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive safety outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead emergency response, security and medical readiness programs.
• Maintain emergency response capability across multiple operations.
• Lead training programs and scenario-based exercises.
• Oversee site security, access control and monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement of security and emergency systems.
