Job summary

PHI International, a global helicopter services leader, seeks a Maintenance Controller - Australia based in Perth. You will monitor hours, cycles and maintenance due, and supervise maintenance activities to ensure airworthiness compliance.

Based in Perth, the role requires strong leadership, CASA/HAAMC experience, and the ability to manage defect rectification and service interventions with precision.

Qualifications

• LAME license or CASA Part 66 competency.
• 5+ years of experience in Airworthiness HAAMC/CASA-related roles.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Willing to undergo CASA evaluations for approvals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aircraft hours, cycles, maintenance due and deferred maintenance.
• Schedule maintenance due, deferred maintenance, and actions.
• Review Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and amendments for applicability.
• Plan and control defect rectification and unscheduled maintenance.
• Maintain and audit maintenance records and MEL/OMEL-related admin.
• Coordinate weight control with Weight Control Officer and APAC Technical.
• Liaise with CASA and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead and supervise scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
