Job summary

Delaware North Australia is opening Hungry Jack’s at Perth Airport and seeks Supervisors to join the founding team. You’ll lead a high‑performing crew, drive guest experiences and uphold brand standards in a fast‑paced airport environment.

We offer casual, part‑time and full‑time opportunities across shifts. Bring leadership in fast food, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to safety and service as we launch a brand-new Hungry Jack’s.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast food, QSR or high-volume hospitality.
• A passion for hospitality, with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitude.
• The ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure setting.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
• Food Safety Certificate.
• A desire to be part of the founding team launching a brand-new Hungry Jack's.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts
• Coach, train and develop crew members to drive performance
• Ensure food safety, workplace safety and brand standards are met
• Oversee inventory, stock control and ordering processes
• Support labour management and operational efficiency targets
• Drive sales through upselling, promotions and exceptional service
• Resolve customer enquiries and issues in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised restaurant environment
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals and results
