Vision PT is looking for energetic coaches to join a thriving studio network in Australia. From day one you’ll enjoy a guaranteed weekly income with zero rent and a paid mentorship program for the first three months.

You’ll lead 1:1 sessions, conduct group training, and help clients achieve long-term lifestyle changes. Strong career paths exist, including progression toward managing or owning a Vision Studio.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Fitness is required.
• Senior First Aid and CPR/AED are required.
• WWC is required.
• Boxing for Fitness Accreditation is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 training sessions with clients.
• Conduct group training sessions.
• Provide coaching and accountability for clients to reach goals.
• Participate in ongoing personal development and career progression.

To be successful, you will need

• Certificate IV in Fitness
• Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR/AED certification
• A Valid Working with Children Check (WWC)
• Boxing for Fitness Accreditation
• A positive attitude and eagerness to grow and develop with us!
• A genuine interest in understanding nutrition and macronutrients
• Personal training experience preferred, but not required
