Vision PT is seeking passionate coaches to join our premium, 1:1 personal training team. You'll lead 1:1 sessions, run group workouts, and help clients reach long-term lifestyle goals while growing your client base.

From day one you’ll enjoy guaranteed weekly income, zero rent, paid mentorship for 3 months, and a clear Career Path toward management or owning a studio. We provide marketing, ongoing training, and a supportive team culture.

Formación

• Must have Certificate IV in Fitness.
• Must have Senior First Aid and CPR/AED certifications.
• Must have WWC clearance.
• Boxing for Fitness Accreditation required or preferred.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow with the company.
• Interest in nutrition and macronutrients.

About the Role

With a proven track record of long-term client retention and impressively low turnover, you will play a pivotal role in crafting lasting transformations and effectively tangible, positive change.

• Lead personalised 1:1 training sessions with eager clients, while we continue to build your database

To be successful, you will need

• Certificate IV in Fitness

• Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR/AED certification

• A Valid Working with Children Check (WWC)

• Boxing for Fitness Accreditation

• A positive attitude and eagerness to grow and develop with us!

• A genuine interest in understanding nutrition and macronutrients

• Personal training experience preferred, but not required
