Vision Personal Training Wahroonga is searching for passionate coaches to inspire clients toward lasting transformation and continuous improvement.

You will lead personalised 1:1 sessions and group training, while leveraging our systems and mentorship. With zero rent and strong earning potential, you can progress toward management and studio ownership.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Fitness is required.
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR/AED are required.
• WWC (Working with Children Check) is required.
• Experience in coaching clients and building programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 personal training sessions.
• Conduct group training sessions to foster community.
• Provide coaching and accountability to help clients reach goals.
• Participate in career progression and studio growth initiatives.
