Livelong Performance in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking a Personal Trainer to join our coaching team. You will deliver 1:1 sessions and guide clients through structured training programs within our premium coaching environment.

You will develop into a world-class coach through mentorship, formal education in training, nutrition, and behaviour-change coaching, and ongoing coach development. This role rewards dedication with a clear pathway to expert coaching.

Qualifications

• Certified Fitness level: Certificate III & IV in Fitness or nearing completion.
• Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident).
• Demonstrated passion for long-term client results and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 personal training sessions.
• Coach clients through structured training programs.
• Support behaviour change, nutrition habits, and lifestyle improvements.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Work within proven coaching systems and frameworks.
