Nuevos Inicios Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate Super Star Coach to lead our Youth Program and help build what we aim to be the best coaching gym in the world. This role offers a pathway to full-time within 3–6 months and rewards growth with earnings north of $150,000+ p.a. for the right people.

You will manage group youth sessions, stay highly organized, and work with kids to enhance athletic ability and personal development.

• Run after-school or after-hours group training sessions for youth.
• Track and coach clients using our systems.
• Help develop athletic ability in youths and support overall growth.
• Be coachable and eager to learn, setting a positive example for kids.

We are looking for the next Super Star Coach to join our Youth Program as we fulfil our mission of building the best coaching gym in the world.

Ability to build to Full Time (if desired within 3-6 months).

The right person will:

Love running group training sessions for youth.

Be excited to work with kids to develop their athletic ability as well as them as people.

Be highly organised, using our systems to track and coach clients.

Be a great team player, helping us achieve our goals while having a good time.

Be an experienced trainer able to work with a wide variety of people.

Have a solid foundation in nutrition principles.

Be very coachable and eager to learn.

Practice what they preach and be an example for the kids.

Have a growth mindset, open to learning and adaptable.

Be looking for a long term role. We are not interested in short term thinking.

This position will require you either all or some of:

Mon-Fri - 2:45pm to 5:45pm

Sat 7:30am - 11am
