Zusammenfassung

Genesis Fitness is seeking a casual Fitness Coach to deliver Coaching Zone sessions and lead engaging small-group training. You will be trained in Myzone heart rate technology and our nutrition program, with mentoring opportunities as part of ongoing development.

You will work closely with the Head Fitness Coach to deepen business development within the Coaching Zone and help grow the member base through energetic, high-quality sessions.

Qualifikationen

• Certified fitness professional with a Certificate 3 in Fitness.
• Current registration with Aus Active.
• First Aid and CPR valid.
• WWCC (NSW) up to date.
• Valid driver’s licence.

The Role

As one of our Fitness Coaches, you will be trained to deliver Coaching Zone sessions (small group training) as part of our revolutionary Coaching Zone program. We will train you to deliver these amazing programs, also in Myzone heart rate training technology (a key component of our program), as well as our full nutrition program and the Coaching Zone app. Our coaches love helping members by having fun and generating an amazing level of energy in the sessions (You experience in group fitness classes will be well regarded, but not essential).

You will work closely with our Head Fitness Coach and delve deep into the business development that ensures you an amazing Coaching Zone Coach.

Desirable:

• Level 1 Boxing
• Level 1 Kettlebell
• Strength and Conditioning Level 1
• Effective Movement Trainer/ Mechanics of Lifting/Function Training
