At Slyma we have helped over 2000 ladies worldwide lose the last 10-20lbs (3-10kg) without spending hours in the gym or without creating crazy restrictions about food

The Role:

As an Online Coach with Slyma, your job is to ensure every client gets the results they signed up for, and more. You’ll be responsible for:

Client success through our structured training and nutrition programs

Providing real-time solutions to client challenges, ensuring they never feel stuck

Adjusting programs as needed to keep clients progressing

Supporting clients through obstacles and helping them stay accountable

Using your coaching expertise to create a personalised experience.

Establish long term relationships with clients through word class support and success

What We’re Looking For

1-2 years experience needed must have certs.

Passion for coaching, accountability, and problem-solving

Ability to connect with clients online and build strong relationships

High standards for client experience and results

Someone who wants to be part of a team, this is not for those looking to start or continue their own business

Someone who is tech savvy and able to learn quickly

Can message clients within 12 hours or faster with real coaching and without AI

Takes ownership of clients and consistently gets results

Communicate with quality, confidence and leadership - knows how and when to have a tough conversation without disregarding the feelings of clients

Can take constructive criticism and feedback

Be proactive with tasks and clients

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a personal trainer or coaches who have 1-2 years experience training with women
