Job summary

Stephen Browne Personal Injury Lawyers in Perth CBD is seeking multiple Administration Assistant/Paralegals to join the Personal Injury team on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, 8:15am–5:00pm. You will provide chargeable and non-chargeable support to the legal teams across a range of matters.

The role requires a hard-working candidate with excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously while following processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a law firm is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and platforms.
• High level of organisation, time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work autonomously and follow processes and directions from supervisors.
• Enthusiastic approach to work.
• An appetite to achieve great outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, compassionate service to clients through verbal and written communication.
• Communicate with medical providers, insurers and third parties in a professional manner.
• Prepare documents and correspondence with impeccable attention to detail.
• Prepare schedules of out-of-pocket and travel expenses.
• Perform general administrative duties and assist the legal team.
• Scan and save documents as needed; uphold firm values and standards.
• Contribute to building a positive external profile and strong relationships within the firm.
