You will work closely with the legal team, draft correspondence, manage calendars, and liaise with clients and third parties, gaining valuable experience in a national law firm.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in legal administration or legal secretarial support.
• Organised, proactive and keen to develop legal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and legal support to the team.
• Draft correspondence and prepare documentation.
• Manage diaries, appointments and scheduling.
• Liaise with clients and third parties.
• Maintain electronic and physical files.
• Process incoming correspondence.
• Data entry, scanning, copying and general administration.
• Support the Senior Secretary and wider team with day-to-day tasks.
