Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is seeking a Personal Cleaner (Casual) for our Community Aged Care team across Sunnybank and surrounding suburbs. You will deliver domestic cleaning services in line with individual care plans, supporting independence, wellbeing and dignity for older clients.

This role suits someone who works well independently, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about making a positive difference in the community. Prior experience in aged or home care is valued.

Competenze

• Experience providing domestic cleaning services in residential, community care, aged care or similar environments.
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and approved cleaning products independently.
• Understanding of infection control practices and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach to supporting older people.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety practices.

As a Domestic Cleaner with WMQ's Community Aged Care team, you'll help older Australians maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home while supporting their independence, wellbeing and quality of life through meaningful one-on-one connections.

Working across Sunnybank and surrounding suburbs, you will deliver domestic cleaning services in line with individual care plans while promoting dignity, respect and wellbeing for every client. What We're Looking For

• Experience providing domestic cleaning services in residential, community care, aged care or similar environments
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and approved cleaning products independently

A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!

• Previous experience working in Community Aged Care, Home Care or Disability Services
• Knowledge of client-centred care principles
• Experience working in clients' homes
• Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ policy
• Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work
• Access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties safely
