Benetas in Traralgon seeks experienced Personal Care Workers to join Dalkeith Gardens home. You will provide person-centred care to 112 residents, supporting daily living activities and comfort with a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

The Role

We are looking for experienced Personal Care Workers to join our Dalkeith Gardenshome in Traralgon. This home has 112wonderful residents who value your contribution.

Our Personal Care Workers (PCWs) are dedicated to helping older Victorians live their best lives, by delivering person-centred care that can only come from truly knowing the individuals they are supporting. About you

• Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or Aged Care, or a related qualification, or completed the first year of nursing studies and placements
• Experience working in an aged care environment
• A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain
