Job summary

Dovida is recruiting caregivers to provide companionship, daily living support, and personal care in clients' homes on the Mid North Coast. This casual, local role offers flexible hours based on client needs and your availability.

You'll receive comprehensive paid training with no prior experience required, and the position involves travel within the local area to support multiple clients in their daily routines and transport needs.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the Mid North Coast NSW area and willing to travel 30–40 minutes within the local area.
• No experience required; paid training/orientation provided.
• Must have a valid Australian driver's license, access to a reliable car and comprehensive car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and domestic assistance in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily tasks and personal care as needed.
• Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social activities.
• Build relationships with clients to support their Circle of Care.

As a Caregiver with Dovida, you’ll provide more than just support to your clients - you will become an essential part of their Circle of Care. Whether it’s assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, or providing more complex care, you will bring kindness, respect and understanding into their home.

We are a national company with a local approach - we service all of Mid North Coast including Grafton, Coffs Harbour, South West Rocks, Kempsey, Taree, Forster and surrounds.

• Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.


• Must be located in desired areas and willing to travel up to 30-40 minutes within your local area


• Must have avalid Australian opendriver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance


• Happy to provide Domestic Assistance, Personal Care and Transport services to our clients


• Looking for up to 10 hours per week which may increase or decrease with client demand
