Job summary

Estia Health Yarra Valley in Victoria is seeking experienced PCAs/Carers to join on a Permanent Part Time or Casual basis. You will support residents with daily life, ensuring they feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.

You’ll work with our team to assist those with challenging needs and keep residents active. Applicants should have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, with time spent as a caregiver or similar, and solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

About the Role

Estia Health Yarra Valley is seeking experienced PCA's / Carers (Personal Care Attendants/Workers) to join on a Permanent Part Time or Casual basis.

Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you: Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well‑fed. Work with our team to support those with challenging needs. Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active. Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments. Be a friend to our residents. Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with: a real desire to make a difference in people’s lives, a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, time spent working as a caregiver or similar, solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
