Job summary

Benetas in Shepparton is seeking Personal Care Workers to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes throughout the Goulburn Valley. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement to help clients live comfortably at home.

Role requires driving between clients, up to 4 per day, with 8am–5pm hours. You’ll join a supportive, not-for-profit team offering training, career progression, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own vehicle, valid driver's licence, and car insurance to travel between homes.
• Willingness to travel between clients, up to 4 per day and 30 minutes between visits.

The Role

We are looking for Personal Care Worker (PCW) to join our team in Shepparton & Goulburn Valley region. Our Personal Care Workers (PCW) in Community, Health and Care provide one-on-one care to help older Victorians live comfortably in their own homes. They help clients stay connected and feel supported by assisting with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement.

• Assist clients with daily activities according to their needs and choices
• Work with clients one-on-one within their home to live their best lives and maintain relationships
• Assist clients with domestic duties in their homes
• Assist clients to keep connected to their communities through activities they love

About You

• A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Your own vehicle, current drivers' licence, and car insurance, to drive between clients' homes and drive clients as required
• Willingness to travel between clients, sometimes up to 4 clients per day, and up to 30 minutes between clients.
