Job summary

Ryman Healthcare is seeking Personal Care Workers for Deborah Cheetham Retirement Village, Ocean Grove, VIC. The roles are permanent part-time with a variety of fixed shifts across the week.

You will follow individual care plans, build relationships with residents and families, and use the myRyman app to document care. Join a supportive team focused on quality aged care.

Qualifications

• Must have aged care related certification (Certificate III/IV or Cert III in Individual Support).
• Demonstrates compassion and strong communication with residents and families.
• Reliable, friendly and professional in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop lasting relationships with residents and families.
• Follow resident care plans to deliver personalized care.
• Utilize the myRyman care app for documentation and updates.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a supportive environment.

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Deborah Cheetham Retirement Village, Ocean Grove as a Personal Care Worker.

We have the following Permanent Part-Time roles available:

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 0700 - 1300hrs
• Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 0700 - 1300hrs
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 0700 - 1300hrs
• Thursday and Friday, 1500 - 2100hrs
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 1500 - 2100hrs
• Sunday and Monday, 2200 - 0700hrs

In this role you will:

• Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
• Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
• Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
• Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment

About You
