About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Nellie Melba Retirement Village, Wheelers Hill as a Personal Care Worker on a Permanent Part Time basis working:

Option 8: Wednesday, Thursday 0800-1300 and Friday 1600-2000

Option 9: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 1500-2100 - Memory Support Unit experience required

Option 10: Monday, Wednesday 1500-2000 and Friday 0700-1500

Shift allocations negotiable

In this role you will:

• Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
• Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
• Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
• Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment

About You

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

• Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support (required)
• At least 1 year of PCA experience in an aged care facility (required)
• Kindness in your DNA

• A reliable, friendly and professional style
