Job summary

Calvary Aged Care invites compassionate individuals to join Calvary Strzelecki in Mirboo North, VIC as Personal Care Workers. This permanent part-time role supports residents with daily living and well‑being within a caring, resident‑centered team.

Qualifications

• Certificate Level III (Individual Support) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of WH&S and infection control best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to exercise choice and independence.
• Assist residents in one-to-one activities aligned to care plans.
• Deliver personal care tasks including hygiene and continence management.
• Assist mobility as per care plan.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
