Job summary

Medical & Aged Care Group (Carrum Downs Aged Care) in Melbourne’s southeast is seeking a Personal Care Worker on a maximum term contract from 2 November to 31 December 2026. The role offers a stable, part-time schedule with a set fortnightly roster, consisting of a mix of AM and PM weekday shifts (2–3 shifts per week).

You will join a friendly team focused on high-quality personal care and resident wellbeing, working within the scope of practice and under RN In Charge directives.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Required)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Ability to work independently
• Positive, self motivated attitude

About the Role:

Excellent opportunity for a Personal Care Worker to join our team at Carrum Downs Aged Care on a maximum term contract from 2 November to 31 December 2026.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individual who are looking for consistent, structured part time work within a supportive aged care environment over the coming months.

This role is ideal for someone who values routine and stability and is happy to commit to a set fortnightly roster. We are looking for someone able to commit to a mixture of AM & PM weekday shifts, 2-3 shifts per week.
