Bolton Clarke’s Darlington community on the Tweed Coast is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support residents with wellbeing, independence and daily living needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts.

Located on the beautiful Tweed Coast at Banora Point, Bolton Clarke's Darlington community provide high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment.

The Role

As a Personal Care Worker you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

The key focus of the role will be to:

To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.

Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.

Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

To be successful, you will have

Experience in Aged Care highly regarded

• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
