Job summary

Coppin Centre in Victoria is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join our residential aged care team. You will support residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing, working in a collaborative, supportive environment to deliver personal and clinical care tailored to each resident’s needs.

We value a person-centred approach, strong communication and teamwork, and a commitment to ongoing training. The role is available Monday to Thursday with consistent part-time opportunities, and includes

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Experience in aged care or health services preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, resident-focused approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability for afternoon shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to residents.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily living activities.
• Complete accurate care documentation and reporting.
• Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing.
• Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Participate in mandatory training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coppin Centre is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our residential aged care team. We are recruiting for candidates who are available to work Monday to Thursday, with consistent part-time opportunities available for the right candidate.

As a PCA, you will play a central role in supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. You’ll work within a collaborative, supportive team to deliver highquality personal and clinical care tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
