THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for Personal Care Assistants for an immediate start in permanent part-time positions for afternoon and overnight shifts. If you have a compassionate and friendly nature, great communication skills and enjoy caring for people, we'd love to hear from you!

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
  • Have or are willing to obtain the NDIS worker screening clearance (Yellow card)
  • Medication competency highly regarded but not essential

  • Promotes the ASL philosophy of providing Resident focused care which maintains their dignity, independence, individuality, and freedom of choice
  • Demonstrates a genuine interest in the well-being of the elderly
  • Provide quality day to day personal and supportive care to Residents under the general supervision of Registered Staff
  • Provide and document Resident care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Contribute positively to staff forums and meetings
  • Display a positive attitude through your attendance, presentation, punctuality, and reliability
