Job summary

Catholic Healthcare in Croydon, NSW is seeking Personal Care Assistants to join our aged care team. You’ll support residents with personal care, meals and social activities, across morning, afternoon and night shifts in a home‑like, respectful environment.

A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) and willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance are required. We offer $38 per hour + super, not‑for‑profit tax benefits, paid parental leave, long service leave after 5 years and access

Responsibilities

We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our team at Holy Spirit Croydon. We offer a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week. As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a safe, home-like environment you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
• Supporting day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities
• Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
• Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents’ health and wellbeing are optimised
• Providing high quality service to families and the community

To be successful in this role you’ll need
