Westpac in Kew, NSW is seeking a part-time Personal Banking Advisor to support our branch network. You will welcome customers, discuss needs, and provide tailored banking solutions both in person and over the phone, with referrals to specialist teams when appropriate.
The role is approx. 19 hours per week, across days set to suit, with travel to other Westpac branches as required. Mandarin/Cantonese capability is highly advantageous and training is provided.
As a Personal Banking Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers to Westpac and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day!
This is a part-time, branch-based role of approx. 19 hours per week, across days and times to be agreed upon with the successful candidate!This role may require you to cover planned and unplanned leave across other Westpac Group branches in the area, so the ability to travel and flexibility is essential.
