As a Personal Banker with Westpac, you will proactively engage with customers in-person and over the phone to uncover their financial needs, utilising your expert product knowledge to assist them in achieving their financial goals. You will refer customers to our specialist banking teams such as Home Loans and Business Banking, as well as coach customers on our digital banking offerings. This rewarding role blends sales and customer service and holds accountability for sales and referral targets – all with an uncompromising commitment to empowering our customers to make the most of their money!
This is a full‑time, branch‑based role and the hours are across and inclusive of Monday to Friday from 8:30 – 4:45 each day.
