Job summary

Westpac Group is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor for a branch-based, 12-month fixed-term contract at 38 hours per week (Mon–Fri). You’ll assist customers with transactions, promote digital banking, and provide tailored financial guidance to support their goals.

Training is provided to help you master Westpac products and services, enabling you to grow within the bank. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to a positive banking

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service in financial services.
• Ability to meet and exceed KPI targets while maintaining quality.
• Comfort with explaining banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and end-of-day balancing.
• Educate customers on digital platforms such as online banking and the Westpac app.
• Identify opportunities to improve customers’ financial wellbeing with tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
