Job summary

Australian Military Bank in New South Wales is seeking a Personal Banker to serve members with everyday banking needs, educate on digital tools and process applications for savings, insurance, personal loans and credit cards.

You’ll make outbound calls, build trust, refer mortgage enquiries to specialists and strengthen relationships within the Defence community. Prior retail banking experience and Tier 2 accreditation are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail banking sector.
• Tier 2 accreditation is preferred.

Your Role

As a Personal Banker, this role will be the first point of contact for our Members to service their everyday banking needs such as taking enquires and processing applications on Saving Account Products, Insurances, Personal loans and Credit cards, while educating our members on digital Banking solutions.

In this role you will be expected but not limited to:

About You
